This is a two story house with master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room upstairs with a wraparound deck. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and should be sufficient for cooking delicious meals yourself, but please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking, to see what items are provided. A supermarket (Ingles Markets) is 15-min drive away. Please note that there is no mobile reception in this neighborhood. So you most likely have difficulty in making/receiving calls or sending/receiving texts or one of Maps apps for navigation. Although we offer Wi-Fi on our property, it is asymmetric (500Mbps down/35Mbps up). If you plan to work using zoom heavily, this may not be an ideal property due to limited upstream bandwidth. In warmer months, you might see some cute creatures out of the window. From time to time, we encountered visitors such as various kinds of birds big and small in our yard and a squirrel and a deer on the hill outside the kitchen. Also, there are bears in the mountains. If you’re from a city, this can be quite a change of scenery! Out of 3 bedrooms, we currently offer only 1 (master) bedroom upstairs to our guests (until we complete renovation on other bedrooms downstairs). This is a non-smoking property. We would like every single guest to enjoy fresh air anywhere within the property (not just in the house). If you smoke (cigarettes or 420), please book elsewhere.
